Griffin Ranch has one of the most unique stories of any neighborhood in La Quinta. It used to be owned by a media magnate named Merv Griffin and he was one of the first people to recognise the area’s beauty and potential. Because of this, he bought two hundred and forty two acres of land and turned around two hundred of those acres into a sprawling, Moroccan inspired community which we now call Griffin Ranch.
